A: In most US states it is legal to bury your loved ones’ ashes in your backyard, however you should always consult with your city, county, and state officials.
A: No, a burial is when the body, casket or urn is “buried” directly in the ground. When you use our In-Ground Niche to safe-keep your loved ones’ ashes, is not a burial as they never touch the dirt. Think about it as if they were in a time capsule.
A: No, however you can take your memorialized lid, security rosettes, and your loved ones’ perfectly preserved ashes with you. All you have to do is purchase a new In-Ground Niche Body from us (sold separately) and install it in your new property.
A: No, we designed it to give you freedom of choosing. However, we will soon be introducing our In-Ground Niche urn system as an option.
A: Depends on the type, size, and shape of container that the ashes are kept in. We have seen as many as 18 in a Large Double Deep In-Ground Niche where the family used bags instead of hard containers, to only one.
A: Yes, we offer instalments through PayPal, and we will soon be introducing pre-planned packages.
A: It depends on how much space you have left on your lid. If you do, you can either send it back to us for the additional engraving, or have it done locally at a monument company. If you don’t, you will then need to buy a new lid from us, and we’ll engrave it for you.
A: Only the person that has the security bit required to unscrew the taper proof screws.

A: It depends on which part of the country you are in and the type of service you choose.
A: Every unit includes a Niche Body, a Granite or Cast Stone Lid with a Protective Weather Gasket, 2 Solid Bronze Security Rosettes, 2 Tamper-Proof Stainless-Steel Screws & 1 Security Bit, 3 or 5 Anchoring Rods Depending on the size of the In-Ground Niche, and a Chamber Divider for the Large Double Deep model.
